These little cylinders are the perfect firmness—soft enough to bite down on without jaw fatigue, but they press my aligners into place with that reassuring snug seat. I keep a couple in my pocket and pop one in for a minute after each meal.

My aligners were popping loose every time I talked, and these little cylinders fixed that in a day. The soft texture gives just enough resistance to seat everything snugly without hurting my gums.

I was skeptical about needing these, but the gentle, even pressure they put on my aligners makes seating them feel far more secure. They're soft enough not to hurt my gums, and I keep a few in my pocket for midday adjustments.
